Job summary

Veeva Systems is a mission-driven organization delivering industry-leading CRM solutions for life sciences. Product Managers influence product direction, collaborate with life sciences and tech experts, and shape AI-powered, data-driven CRM features.

You will drive the ideation and development of new AI capabilities within Vault CRM, coordinate with cross-functional teams, and ensure features are adopted at scale across global customers.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of product management experience for a software company.
• Experience in obtaining and synthesizing customer feedback and turning it into design inputs.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication skills (written, verbal, and presentation).
• Ability to write requirements specifications, manage backlogs, and lead engineering and QA in an agile environment.

Responsibilities

• Participate in the full product lifecycle from ideation to delivery of new features.
• Translate market trends and customer insights into clear product requirements.
• Drive AI feature ideation and development within core commercial software.
• Collaborate with UX, architecture, development, and QA to create detailed specs and value.
• Lead cross-functional teams in daily standups and release planning.
• Present roadmaps and demos to customers and internal stakeholders.
