Presta Technologies Ltd is seeking a Product Manager for a remote-first role to translate business needs into detailed user stories and manage the product backlog. You will work with Engineering, Design, QA, and Support to plan releases and ensure timely delivery.

The role emphasizes market research, feature validation, and a data-driven approach to refining the platform roadmap. Strong communication and Agile experience are essential, with FinTech/SaaS familiarity a plus.

Qualifikationen

• 1 year of experience in product management, business analysis, or related field.
• Strong written and verbal communication, able to document clearly and work with cross-functional teams.
• Solid understanding of agile methodologies and SaaS product development lifecycles.
• Familiarity with tools like JIRA, Confluence, Figma, or Trello.
• Basic technical proficiency to read/understand code (JavaScript, Python, etc.). Hands-on coding is a plus.
• Bonus: prior experience with loan management systems or FinTech products.

• Gather and analyze business and user needs; translate into detailed product requirements and user stories.
• Own and manage the product backlog; refine and prioritize based on business priorities and tech factors.
• Coordinate with Engineering, Design, QA, and Support to ensure smooth releasing of features.
• Support development cycles from ideation through testing, launch, and iteration.
• Conduct market research and user interviews to identify pain points and validate features.
• Monitor platform performance and gather feedback to propose enhancements.
• Stay updated on SaaS, FinTech, and digital lending trends to shape the roadmap.
• Create and maintain product documentation including release notes and guides.
