Job summary

Eliassen Group is seeking a senior Product Manager to transform our client’s member experience with an AI-first digital ecosystem. You will focus on mobile-first experiences, intelligent search, and personalization, collaborating with engineers, designers, and data teams in a fast-paced environment.

Superior AI knowledge, UX expertise, and data-driven decision making are essential as you shape product priorities and roadmap in a remote, contract role.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of Product Management experience.
• Experience building or scaling mobile applications.
• Hands-on experience with AI-enabled products and understanding of AI capabilities, governance, security, and guardrails.
• Ability to communicate effectively with engineers and understand APIs, technical requirements, data flows, and architecture concepts.
• Strong UX/UI judgment, including user journeys, navigation hierarchy, and mobile usability best practices.
• Experience making product decisions using behavioral analytics and customer data.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Adaptable, accountable, self-directed, and comfortable with ambiguity.

Responsibilities

• Lead product strategy and execution for member-facing web and mobile experiences.
• Drive AI-enabled product initiatives focused on search, member matching, personalization, and future intelligent experiences.
• Partner with stakeholders across client to identify member needs and translate them into product priorities.
• Collaborate closely with engineering teams on requirements, APIs, architecture discussions, and delivery planning.
• Partner with UX and Design teams to ensure intuitive, mobile-first experiences that follow usability best practices.
• Use analytics and user behavior data to guide prioritization, design decisions, and product improvements.
• Support our client's broader digital transformation and platform modernization efforts.
