Job summary

HSI seeks an AI Product Manager to own the strategy and execution of customer-facing AI solutions, including the Model Context Platform (MCP). You will drive context-aware product experiences powered by LLMs, automation, and data, applying AI-native approaches to speed ideation and delivery.

You will collaborate with engineering, data, UX, and GTM teams to deliver cohesive AI-enabled features, measure performance, and relentlessly improve user outcomes.

Qualifications

• 3–6+ years of product management experience in SaaS or platform products.
• Experience building or managing AI/ML-powered products.
• Strong understanding of LLMs, prompt design, RAG, and AI agent workflows.
• Familiarity with modern AI ecosystems (OpenAI, Anthropic, vector databases).
• Experience defining and improving AI system performance through metrics.

Responsibilities

• Define and own the roadmap for a virtual assistant–driven application interface, including conversational experiences.
• Lead the evolution of MCP context management, memory, orchestration, and service integrations.
• Translate strategy and customer needs into differentiated AI capabilities.
• Partner with engineering and data teams to design AI-powered features using LLMs and agents.
• Define product requirements, including prompts, guardrails, and evaluation criteria.
• Drive execution through agile cycles with a prioritized backlog.
