Job summary

EPIC Insurance Brokers & Consultants is seeking a motivated Commercial Lines Associate Producer for our Inside Sales team (Small Business). You will prospect, quote, and close new business to help small businesses secure the coverage they need.

Ideal candidates are driven insurance professionals with a year of Commercial Lines experience and a license in progress. The role offers remote work in the US, ongoing training, and a compensation mix of hourly base pay plus commissions.

Qualifications

• Hold a Property & Casualty license (in-progress acceptable if completion date is before starting).
• Minimum one year of experience in Commercial Lines marketing or placement.
• Functional knowledge of Commercial Property & Casualty lines of coverage and services.
• Strong communication and ability to build trust with prospects and clients.
• Ability to solve practical problems with diverse variables when standardization is limited.

Responsibilities

• Engage prospects via phone and email and follow up on leads.
• Learn and manage leads within a CRM platform.
• Learn and utilize a commercial lines rating platform.
• Maintain a robust pipeline to meet sales targets.
• Develop cross-selling strategies for existing client books.
• Provide quote comparison reviews and articulate coverage differences.
• Operate EPIC’s CRM and Agency Management System per standards.
• Attend trainings and onboarding sessions.
• Aim to generate about $75K in new revenue annually.
