Job summary

The Jonus Group seeks an experienced Commercial Lines or Personal Lines Producer to join a fully remote team. You will focus on selling insurance solutions, managing client accounts with a range of premiums, and collaborating cross-functionally to ensure seamless onboarding and service.

Base compensation ranges from $45,000 to $65,000 with a 50/30 commission split, plus competitive benefits and opportunities for professional development in a growth-oriented environment.

Qualifications

• Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Minimum of 2 years in a similar insurance sales role.
• Proficiency with EPIC software preferred.
• Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building abilities.
• Remote work experience is required.

Seeking motivated and experienced Commercial Lines or Personal Lines Producers to join a growing team. As a Producer, you will focus exclusively on selling insurance solutions to clients, working with generalist accounts ranging from $500K to $1MM in premium.

Compensation Package

• Base Salary: $45,000 - $65,000
