Job summary

Press Ganey is seeking an Associate Principal, Stars Consulting Center of Excellence, to lead complex Medicare Advantage performance improvement engagements for health plan clients nationwide. You will oversee analyses, develop client recommendations, drive measurable quality outcomes, and build trusted relationships with senior executives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 10+ years in government-sponsored healthcare, including Medicare Advantage/Medicaid.
• Strong leadership and executive-level communication skills.
• Experience advising executives on quality, Stars, and regulatory performance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Medicare Stars consulting engagements across CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, etc.
• Serve as technical expert on HEDIS, measure specs, and reporting.
• Translate CMS regs and Stars methodology into actionable strategies.
• Develop executive-level roadmaps, dashboards, and client reports.
• Mentor consultants and foster a culture of learning and collaboration.
