Press Ganey Associates LLC is seeking a Consultant for the Stars Consulting Center of Excellence. You will work hands-on with Medicare Star Ratings projects, building analyses across CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, and medication adherence.

Qualifications

2+ years of experience in health plan quality, Star Ratings, and/or experience management, with hands‑on exposure to Medicare Advantage.
Quality experience in HEDIS operations and rate improvement, CAHPS and member experience improvement.
Exposure to SNPs and government programs driven by Medicare Stars is preferred.
Demonstrated data analytic skills (Excel, Access, SQL, SAS).

Responsibilities

Consult with client stakeholders to respond to industry change and opportunities for improvement and growth.
Partner with health plan and medical groups to complete data analysis, interpretation, and process design.
Lead data analyses across Stars measure domains (CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, medication adherence) and summarize recommendations.
Lead client deliverables including data analyses, assessments, quality reviews, training, and presentations.
Build and manage client relationships and communicate risks and recommendations to project management.
