Job summary

Press Ganey invites a Consultant to join the Stars Consulting Center of Excellence within the Consulting team. This hands-on role supports Medicare Star Ratings performance, building analyses and deliverables for CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, adherence, and related measures.

You will work with health plans, analyze data, and deliver client-ready recommendations while developing client relationships and leading project workstreams across engagement timelines and outcomes.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of work experience in health plan quality, Star Ratings, or experience management.
• Hands-on exposure to Medicare Advantage and quality improvement initiatives.
• Strong data analysis and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Consult with client stakeholders to respond to industry changes and opportunities for improvement.
• Partner with health plans and medical groups to perform data analysis and design processes.
• Lead data analyses across Stars measure domains (CAHPS, HEDIS, HOS, adherence) and summarize recommendations.
• Train teams and ensure knowledge transfer on Stars and member experience best practices.
• Manage engagement scope including timelines, deliverables, budget, and outcomes.
