Baxter is seeking an entry-level Associate Project Manager for Baxter Connected Care Group. This remote-based role focuses on planning, coordination, documentation, and execution of customer-awarded projects in the Pacific Time Zone, with travel 10–20%.

You will lead small, fast-paced projects and drive timely completion. Responsibilities include developing project plans, hosting meetings, managing client expectations, and forecasting revenue.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare, IT, business or related field is required.
• 2+ years of professional, customer-facing work experience.
• Experience with MS Dynamics, Power BI or Kanata is preferred.
• Comfortable in an IT-focused environment with complex products.
• Strong MS Office skills (Outlook, Teams, PowerPoint, Excel) and travel 10–20%.

Responsibilities

• Provide strong and proactive project leadership.
• Serve as the primary client contact for project needs.
• Develop and distribute project plans with timelines and resources.
• Host remote and in-person meetings with agendas and minutes.
• Build customer relationships and manage expectations.
• Forecast project completion and revenue delivery; gain product expertise.
• Reassess tasks and coordinate team efforts to prioritize work.
