Baxter is seeking an Associate Project Manager for Baxter Connected Care Group in a remote-based role serving the West Coast time zone (PT). The PMO entry-level position manages planning, coordination, and execution of smaller projects with a focus on speed and accuracy, from sales handoff to ongoing support.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree in healthcare/IT/business and 2+ years of customer-facing experience, plus familiarity with MS Dynamics, Kanban, and Power BI.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in healthcare, IT, business or related field required.
• Minimum 2+ years of professional, customer-facing work experience.
• Experience with IT-focused environments and complex products preferred.

Responsabilités

• Provide strong project leadership and client contact for assigned projects.
• Develop and distribute project plans with timelines and resource needs.
• Host recurring meetings and prepare agendas and minutes.
• Build client relationships and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Accurately forecast project completion and align with revenue goals.
• Develop product expertise relevant to customer projects.
• Prioritize tasks and coordinate work across team members.
