Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion or Merchandising and 3+ years in Retail Merchandising.
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical capabilities.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Solid knowledge of retail financial measurements.
• Strong fashion sense with client needs in mind.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.

Responsibilities

• Support execution of departmental strategies and business objectives to achieve or exceed financial plans.
• Generate, analyze, and distribute weekly, monthly, and seasonal reports.
• Analyze business trends, recommend actions, and apply insights to future departmental strategies.
• Provide historical information and market research.
• Manage daily merchandising tasks, including assortment sheets and sample accuracy.
