The role requires RN license (BSN preferred) and a master's in behavioral health, with Kentucky residency. This is primarily remote with some field components; 40 hours weekly, full-time, with competitive pay and benefits.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in clinical area of expertise.
• 2+ years leadership experience.
• Experience with Foster Care and juvenile justice systems, Adoption Assistance, Behavioral Health Services, Trauma-informed Care, ACEs, Crisis Intervention.
• Advanced problem solving and decision-making skills.
• Advanced collaboration and teamwork skills.
• Qualified candidates must reside in Kentucky.
• Active RN license required; Master's in behavioral health with licensure preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee care management staff and develop high performing teams.
• Ensure contract deliverables and health plan goals are met.
• Audit and report on performance to meet financial, operational, and quality objectives.
• Implement action plans and strategies to support contractual obligations and goals.
• Lead change management for new initiatives from upper management.
• Facilitate regular staff meetings and 1:1s with team members.
• Collaborate with stakeholders (e.g., DCBS, foster care agencies, providers, and foster families).
