Job summary

CVS Health Corporation seeks a healthcare management leader to oversee healthcare management staff, organize high performing teams, and partner with functional area managers to meet financial, operational and quality objectives of the unit.

You will implement and monitor care processes across the continuum of care, ensure compliance with NCQA, URAC and applicable state and federal standards, mentor licensed staff, and serve as liaison to customers and the account team.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in physical or behavioral healthcare settings.
• 1+ year of management experience.
• 3+ years of experience in managed care.
• Knowledge of the regulations, standards, and policies relating to medical management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee healthcare management staff and develop high performing teams.
• Coordinate care programs and ensure alignment with financial, operational and quality objectives.
• Implement policies across the continuum of care and ensure regulatory compliance.
