Job summary

Firm Advice is representing a client in the global data center industry seeking an experienced transactional attorney to lead Joint Ventures and other major transactions. You will partner with venture capital leads, manage outside counsel on complex JV deals, and work with the in-house corporate debt team to drive the company's global growth.

The role is remote with monthly visits to meet the team and processes; base salary ranges from $250,000 to $325,000 with generous bonuses.

Qualifications

• Draft and negotiate JV, purchase and merger agreements.
• Supervise outside counsel and coordinate with VC partners.
• Experience with data centers, digital infrastructure, energy or other capital-intensive assets is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead Joint Ventures and other major transactions for the client.
• Manage outside counsel and interface with venture capital leads.
• Support the corporate debt team to drive global growth and ensure deal accuracy.
