Responsibilities

• Oversee one unit of the General Counsel Division’s litigation and enforcement attorneys.
• Supervise investigations, trial work, and enforcement actions; manage deadlines.
• Develop proactive strategies with GCD senior management to prosecute affirmative litigation cases.
• Train legal and investigative staff to achieve litigation goals and compliance objectives.
• Provide legal counseling across divisions on licensing laws and enforcement priorities; draft and review documents.
