You will mentor teams and influence leadership while staying ahead of regulatory trends. Ideal candidates hold a JD, active Bar, 8-10 years of relevant experience, and a passion for higher education.

Qualifications

• This role requires US residency.
• Travel to attend twice annual Common App Retreat.
• 8-10 years of legal experience in relevant focus areas.
• Juris Doctorate from an ABA-approved law school and active Bar.
• Subject matter expertise across compliance, IP, data privacy, governance, and contracts with tech/non-profit experience.
• Strategic execution: translate legal concepts into business advice.
• Problem solving with a solution-oriented mindset.
• Strong communication tailored to audience needs.
• Digital literacy for virtual collaboration and data handling.
• Diligence and adaptability in a dynamic environment.

Responsibilities
