Responsibilities

• Reviewing, drafting, revising, and negotiating a wide variety of agreements.
• Conducting legal research and preparing memoranda, email guidance, and templates.
• Advising internal clients on legal and compliance issues affecting university operations.
• Assisting with employment-related matters and policy interpretation.
• Assisting with student-facing legal matters, privacy, and risk management.
• Supporting governance, regulatory compliance, accreditation-sensitive matters, and corporate records.
• Assisting with dispute management and coordination with outside counsel.
