Job summary

LOGS Legal Group LLP, a pioneer in creditors’ rights law, seeks an Associate General Counsel to join our remote team. This role provides broad legal guidance, drafts and negotiates various commercial agreements, and supports regulatory compliance across the organization.

Ideal candidates have a JD, admission to at least one U.S. jurisdiction, and 5–10 years of relevant experience with a practical, business-focused approach to risk. Ironclad workflows and MS Office proficiency are preferred.

Qualifications

• J.D. from an accredited law school and bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction.
• Approximately 5–10 years of relevant legal experience, including commercial contracting.
• Experience managing litigation, outside counsel, and corporate governance.

Responsibilities

• Draft, review, and negotiate client retention, vendor, technology, and other commercial agreements.
• Advise on contractual, regulatory, operational, and reputational risk.
• Manage contract matters from intake through execution and support governance functions.
• Support with oversight of litigation matters and coordination with outside counsel.
