Job summary

INNOVIM is seeking a full-stack Software Engineer, Associate to support NASA’s EOSDIS Evolution and Development 3 contract, based out of Annapolis, Maryland. The role involves working in a fast-paced Agile environment on the Earthdata Search Client and the Common Metadata Repository, deploying product updates, and ensuring scalable architecture.

Required skills include AWS cloud experience, TypeScript/JavaScript (Node.js/React), Python, Elasticsearch, and CI/CD.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, Engineering, or related field.
• 0-3 years software development experience.
• Experience with cloud environments (AWS preferred).
• Proficiency in TypeScript, JavaScript (Node.js/React), Python.

Responsibilities

• Participate in all aspects of the software development lifecycle from user story to design, development, testing and support.
• Develop new feature ideas to meet end-user needs.
• Help the team grow by sharing ideas and industry best practices.
