Job summary

Sure Secure Solutions, LLC is seeking a Senior Software Engineer to support NASA’s Earth Observing System Data and Information System (EOSDIS). This is a full-time remote position with requirements including expertise in Cloud Services and programming languages like C++ and Python.

You will play a key role in developing tools for scientists while ensuring compliance with operational agreements. Candidates must have a bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field and a strong background in AWS services.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience using Cloud Services in an IaaS or PaaS environment.
• Strong knowledge of AWS services including Lambda and Step Functions.
• 5-7 years of programming experience in C++, BASH, Python, Java, and JavaScript.

Responsibilities

• Build tools for Earth scientists to manage data quality.
• Develop solutions in a fast-paced Agile environment.
• Ensure compliance with NASA standards and requirements.
