Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, or business strategy with direct client-facing experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree from a Tier 1 institution; MBA not required.
• Ability to break down ambiguous problems, communicate clearly, and work independently.

Responsibilities

• Business development: Understand client and partner problems, shape solutions, and build pitch decks and proposals.
• Partnerships: Research potential partners, build partnership theses, and support leadership in partner discussions.
• Strategy and M&A: Map markets, evaluate acquisition opportunities, and turn research into clear recommendations.
