Job summary

CKE, a boutique B2B events agency, is hiring two Associate Event Managers to join our team. The role blends creative event concepting with rigorous logistics, vendor management, and client coordination.

You’ll lead end-to-end planning, strategy, budgets, and on-site execution, traveling as needed to ensure flawless events for demanding clients. If you’re highly organized, energetic, and excited by creating memorable experiences, we’d love to meet you.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event planning or project management.
• Strong operational rigor: you build the plan, backup plan, and prevent slips.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and team; proactive and calm under pressure.
• Creative eye for events that look and feel great, not just checked boxes.
• Experience managing multiple events simultaneously without losing track.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally to execute events.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end project coordination from kickoff to post-event wrap-up.
• Develop event strategy and translate it into workable logistics.
• Manage vendor relationships and keep venues, production, catering, and materials on schedule and on budget.
• Communicate with clients to keep them informed and confident throughout the process.
• Support budget tracking and keep programs financially on track.
• Travel onsite for site visits and event execution; run the room when it matters most.
• Bring a creative perspective to event aesthetics and flow.
