Job summary

CKE is a boutique B2B events agency that helps companies plan and deliver conferences, trade shows, field marketing programs, and internal events. We’re hiring two Associate Event Managers to join the team, working remotely in the United States with domestic and international travel.

You’ll own end-to-end event coordination, develop strategy, manage vendors and budgets, and keep clients informed, while collaborating closely with the Founder. This is a full-time role with opportunities to grow.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in event planning or project management.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication with clients, vendors, and teams.
• Creativity in event design and execution.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• Willingness to travel domestically and internationally.

Responsibilities

• Own project coordination end-to-end, from initial planning through onsite execution to post‑event analysis and process improvements
• Develop event strategy and translate it into real, workable logistics
• Manage vendor relationships and keep every moving piece (venues, production, catering, materials) on schedule and on budget
• Communicate directly with clients, keeping them informed and confident throughout the process
• Support budget tracking and help keep programs financially on track
• Travel onsite for site visits and event execution, and run the room when it matters most
• Bring a genuinely creative eye to how events look, feel, and flow, not just whether the boxes get checked
