Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree and at least 5 years in pharma/biotech/healthcare supporting treatment or patient operations.
• Experience managing cross-functional stakeholder activities and operational escalations.
• Strong project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Build and lead a centralized team of Treatment Site Operations Coordinators (TSOCs).
• Coordinate patient cases and operational workflows across sites and partners.
• Facilitate stakeholder communication among treatment sites, manufacturers, labs, and internal teams.
