Scorpion Therapeutics seeks an Associate Director Oncology Treatment Site Lead (TSL) to drive field-based site readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required in healthcare or life sciences
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with experience in provider operations, account management, or complex therapy workflows
• Strong knowledge of healthcare ecosystem, site activation, and oncology workflows
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills

Responsabilidades

• Lead onboarding and training of treatment sites
• Serve as operational subject matter expert for site readiness
