Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead, to drive operational readiness for an upcoming U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA-based neoantigen therapy for early melanoma.

You will lead onboarding, site activation, and cross-functional collaboration with oncology field teams. The role focuses on operational support, site workflows, and stakeholder management across New England South with 50% travel.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum 5 years in healthcare or life sciences (sales, provider operations, or administration).
• Deep understanding of healthcare ecosystems and complex oncology workflows.
• Experience with site activation, operational support, or complex therapies.
• Strong problem-solving, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead onboarding and site readiness for treatment sites.
• Provide operational education for treatment sites and act as the primary operational contact.
• Troubleshoot issues and collaborate cross-functionally with oncology field teams.
• Optimize site workflows and build strong stakeholder relationships.
