Job summary

Scorpion Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Oncology Treatment Site Lead, field-based, to oversee site readiness and operational support for a potential U.S. launch of an oncology mRNA neoantigen therapy for early-stage melanoma.

You will educate treatment sites on workflows, onboard staff, ensure consistent execution of the patient treatment journey, resolve issues, and collaborate with cross-functional oncology teams to drive site activation, logistics, and process improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree; at least 5 years of healthcare or life sciences experience (sales, provider operations).
• Strong understanding of healthcare ecosystems and complex oncology workflows.
• Proven stakeholder engagement and relationship-building skills.
