You will ensure site readiness, deliver operational education, and support end-to-end treatment processes. The role emphasizes onboarding, process-focused training, and serving as an operational SME while driving cross-functional collaboration and data-driven improvements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare or life sciences.
• At least 5 years in healthcare or life sciences with provider operations or complex therapy workflows.
• Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
