Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical, scientific, public health or business degree preferred.
• Eight+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience in field roles or related areas.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for senior specialist discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop regional launch plans aligned with national strategy.
• Map thought leaders and referral networks to optimize diagnosis, testing, and treatment pathways.
• Lead compliant thought-leader engagement and education programs with Marketing.
• Synthesize field insights into regional business plans and action items.
• Travel regionally to build relationships and support initiatives.
