Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical, scientific, public health or business degree preferred.
• At least eight years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience, including field marketing, TLL, market development or similar.
• Experience in rare or ultra-rare disease, neurology, neuromuscular disease, genetics or diagnostics preferred.
• Pre-launch and launch experience; operate within pre- and post-approval engagement boundaries.
• Ability to operate independently and compliantly in a field role without a franchise.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for credible disease-state discussions with senior specialists.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a regional plan aligned with national strategy and launch priorities.
• Map institutions, thought leaders, and referral relationships across the region.
• Coordinate with MSLs on shared leaders and scientific needs; support implementation of regional plans.
• Lead non-sales thought-leader engagement, education, and market development activities.
