The Central/West region is primary, with potential national responsibilities based on need. The position requires eight+ years in biopharma, strong clinical fluency, and ability to manage compliant, pre- and post-approval

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced clinical, scientific, public health or business degree or relevant credential preferred.
• Eight+ years of relevant biopharmaceutical experience including field marketing, TLL, market development or other strategic field roles.
• Recent experience in rare/ultra-rare disease, neurology, neuromuscular disease, genetics or diagnostics preferred.
• Demonstrated pre-launch and launch experience with compliant pre- and post-approval engagement boundaries.
• Ability to operate independently and compliantly in a field role without an established franchise.
• Strong clinical and scientific fluency for credible disease-state discussions.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute regional strategy aligned with national priorities and launch plans.
• Map institutions, thought leaders, and referral relationships across the region.
• Collaborate with MSLs on shared thought leaders and joint engagements.
• Lead cross-functional collaboration to translate insights into regional actions.
