Taysha GTx is seeking an Associate Director, Program Management R&D to enable planning and execution of clinical and medical affairs activities within the R&D organization. You will partner with Medical Affairs to plan and track milestones, manage risks, and ensure alignment with corporate objectives.

The role requires 8–10 years in pharma/biotech project management, excellent communication, and the ability to lead cross-functional teams in a dynamic, startup-like environment. Remote in the U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 8-10 years of experience in Pharmaceutical, Biotech, or Life Sciences.
• 5+ years in project/program management or equivalent.
• Experience supporting Medical Affairs or cross-functional activities (congress planning, publications, advisory boards, medical education).
• Proven collaboration across functions and ability to drive deliverables in fast-paced environments.

Aufgaben

• Enable planning and execution of congress participation, publications, advisory boards, stakeholder engagement and medical education.
• Facilitate meetings, document decisions, drive follow-ups and enable deliverable execution.
• Escalate risks/decisions to leadership to progress deliverables and connect Medical Affairs to broader organization.
• Lead sub-groups or small project teams within Medical Affairs and other functions to deliver tasks.
• Utilize tools for tracking milestones and risks to ensure transparency in progress.
• Drive improvements on program management tools and standardize ways of working.
• Travel approximately once a month for face-to-face meetings.
