Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, Project Management in a remote-friendly US role. You will own departmental timelines across Clinical Operations and Clinical Pharmacology, building Smartsheet-based schedules and dashboards to drive on-time delivery of multi-study programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, pharmacy, business, project management, or related discipline required.
• 8+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry required, including at least 4 years of direct project-management experience in R&D or clinical development.
• PMP certification or comparable formal project-management training preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own, develop, and maintain departmental timelines for Clinical Operations and Clinical Pharmacology across studies and programs.
• Build and administer scalable Smartsheet solutions with integrated schedules and dashboards.
• Translate strategies into executable plans with activities, durations, owners, milestones, and logic.
• Partner with program managers to align functional plans with integrated timelines.
• Coordinate cross-functional timelines including regulatory, study start-up, enrollment, and reporting milestones.
• Develop consistent project-management standards, templates, and reporting cadences.
• Provide dashboards, milestone forecasts, and critical-path analyses to leaders and governance teams.
• Travel up to 10% domestically and internationally as needed.
