Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Quality and Standards Pharmacist to oversee quality and verification standards within a remote pharmacy operation, with a focus on prescription accuracy, patient safety, and consistent review practices. Location: Remote - US based candidates only, no visa sponsorship available.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or PharmD required.
• Active, unrestricted Indiana pharmacist license in good standing.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in pharmacy practice or pharmacy operations.
• Experience in high-volume, centralized, or direct-to-patient pharmacy environments preferred.

Responsibilities

• Maintain verification standards for prescriptions processed by the pharmacy operation.
• Conduct quality reviews of completed prescription work for accuracy and adherence to standards.
• Manage the audit sampling plan and quality-review workload.
• Document review findings and provide records to Quality Assurance and Regulatory Affairs.
• Analyze quality trends and recommend corrective actions.
• Develop training content and competency criteria for consistent verification practice.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline processes and enhance patient satisfaction.
