Job summary

Ladders is seeking an Associate Director, Pharmacovigilance/Product Safety to lead safety surveillance across clinical and non-clinical programs in a regulated biopharma environment. This remote US-based role requires medical judgment, regulatory expertise, and cross-functional leadership to ensure timely assessment and reporting of emerging safety information.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in pharmacovigilance or safety roles.
• Device experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide medical significance and expectedness assessments of AE/SAE reports.
• Compile analyses of similar events and ad hoc safety analyses.
• Contribute medical input to risk management plans and safety monitoring activities.
• Deliver periodic benefit-risk assessment reports.
• Investigate and review emerging safety data from clinical and non-clinical sources.
• Author and review drug safety-related regulatory reports and documents.
• Coordinate with an external drug safety vendor on review and safety assessment activities.
