Job summary

The Constructive Dialogue Institute (CDI) is seeking an Associate Director of Program Implementation to lead relationship management and project execution for CDI’s campus partnerships nationwide. The role focuses on guiding campuses through planning, implementation, learning, retention, contracting, and renewal.

You will track progress, coordinate cross‑functional teams, and ensure timely, tailored communications with partners while contributing to data-driven improvements and retention goals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnership management or program implementation with nonprofits, higher education, or EdTech.
• At least 1 year working directly with higher education institutions.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills; ability to present to diverse audiences.
• Experience coordinating cross‑functional teams and managing complex programs.

Responsibilities

• Serve as relationship owner for assigned portfolio of partner campuses.
• Lead implementation cycles with partners, delivering concrete plans.
• Provide ongoing stewardship to ensure effective program adoption and engagement.
• Track progress using internal tools and align with OKRs and growth strategies.
• Lead renewal strategy and contracting for partner accounts.
• Coordinate cross‑functional collaboration across Growth, Product, Education, Research, and Operations.
