Job summary

Constructive Dialogue Institute, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director of Program Implementation to manage a portfolio of college partnerships across the United States.

The role focuses on planning, implementation, learning, retention, and contracting to ensure successful CDI programming. You will lead cross-functional teams, track progress with internal tools, and drive renewal strategies while expanding CDI’s offerings on partner campuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in partnership management, program implementation, or related roles across nonprofits, higher education, or EdTech; including at least 1 year working directly in or with higher education.
• Exceptional relationship-building abilities with partners and stakeholders.
• Ability to navigate large, complex organizations while balancing multiple priorities.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to explain complex ideas clearly and build rapport virtually.
• Confident presenter skilled at delivering presentations to diverse audiences.
• Organized project manager with attention to detail and multitasking capability.
• Analytical thinker able to derive insights from data to inform decisions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as relationship owner for an assigned portfolio of partner campuses and guide them through CDI’s implementation cycle.
• Develop concrete implementation plans embedding CDI offerings on each campus.
• Provide ongoing stewardship to ensure partner success, address challenges, and promote engagement and completion.
• Create resources with other teams to deepen partner work with constructive dialogue.
• Track implementation progress using internal tools (HubSpot, Asana) and align with OKRs and growth strategies.
• Deliver timely, professional communications to partners via emails, newsletters, and other media.
• Lead renewal strategy and contracting for partner portfolio aiming for high retention.
• Coordinate professional learning communities and other Communities of Practice as needed.
• Support other partners within Growth portfolio with logistics and product support.
