The role drives performance testing, load and stress strategies, and system performance across web apps, APIs, microservices, and cloud-native platforms in a remote, US-based setting.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in CS, Software Eng, IT, or related field.
• 10+ years in software/quality/engineering.
• 3+ years leading engineering or performance teams.
• Proven leadership of performance testing for large-scale apps.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise performance engineering strategy and roadmap.
• Establish standards, methodologies, and governance.
• Drive adoption of performance best practices across SDLC.
• Advise on scalability, reliability, and system performance.
