Job summary

CCL Hospitality Group is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development to support our Southeast sales team. This remote role, based in North Carolina, will drive new business with Senior Living prospects and coordinate with Directors of Business Development to win deals.

The ideal candidate will live in NC, GA, or FL near a major airport and have a strong BD background in food service management, with exceptional communication, relationship-building, and financial acumen.

Qualifications

• Experience in a business development role in the food service management industry preferred.
• Ability to build and foster relationships with individuals at all levels both internally and externally.
• Ability to understand financials and translate them into proposals and pricing.

Responsibilities

• Managing CRM data and maintaining accurate records.
• Identifying key targets and new business opportunities.
• Conducting research on key targets and developing prospecting strategies.
• Collaborating on deal/proposal development with internal experts (site tours, pricing, financial modeling).
• Supporting the contract process.
• Travel approximately 25–35% as needed.
