Job summary

Servier is seeking an Associate Director, Thought Leader Liaison, to oversee national and regional KOL engagement in rare neurological diseases. Reporting to Neurology leadership, you will drive strategic relationships, insights, and advisory boards to inform brand strategy and launches.

The role emphasizes recruiting physician speakers, coordinating congress activities, and partnering with Marketing and Medical Affairs to ensure compliant objectives and impactful education.

Qualifications

• Strategic thinking and executive relationship frameworks demonstrated.
• Minimum 7+ years in pharma/biotech or healthcare industry.
• 3–5 years in Thought Leader Liaison, Product Marketing, Medical Affairs, or related roles.
• Experience in rare disease, neurology, or specialty pharma.
• Strong compliance and promotion regulations knowledge.
• Excellent written, verbal, and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute KOL engagement plans across national, regional, and emerging leaders.
• Identify influencers and centers of excellence; maintain relationships.
• Capture insights to inform brand strategy and launch planning.
• Lead advisory boards and recruit appropriate advisors.
• Build and manage a high-performing speaker bureau.
• Coordinate Congress strategy and educational programming.
• Support launch readiness and customer segmentation initiatives.
