Qualifications

• Proven project and agency management skills.
• Strong strategic and cross-functional influence capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Develop and lead integrated HCP and peer-to-peer tactics, including personal and non-personal promotion, speaker programs, and digital assets.
• Manage external agencies, budgets, and compliance.
• Support cross-functional initiatives with sales and digital marketing teams.
• Translate approved strategies into actionable plans.
