Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director of HCP Marketing to lead integrated U.S. HCP marketing for FILSPARI (sparsentan).

The role translates approved HCP strategies into high‑quality content and tactics, coordinating with cross‑functional teams and external partners. Responsibilities include planning, agency management, and P2P initiatives, with travel up to 25% domestically and a focus on compliant promotional activities for IgAN and FSGS indications.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree; master's preferred; life sciences background helpful.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in biotech/pharma or related agency.
• Experience with HCP marketing, regulated content, agency leadership, and cross‑functional programs.

Responsabilités

• Develop and lead integrated HCP and P2P marketing strategies and annual plans.
• Own and execute HCP marketing tactics, manage agencies, and ensure approvals.
• Support peer-education content, speaker programs, and advisory boards.
• Collaborate with Sales, Digital Marketing, and Commercial Ops on resources and campaigns.
• Oversee budgets, timelines, vendor workflows, and governance across initiatives.
• Drive alignment and performance across multiple concurrent workstreams.
