Job summary

Travere Therapeutics is seeking an Associate Director, HCP Marketing for FILSPARI to lead integrated U.S. HCP marketing across IgAN and FSGS indications.

The role translates approved strategies into high-quality, compliant content and tactics, including personal and non-personal promotion, peer-education materials, and speaker programs. The role reports to the Director, HCP Marketing and requires independent leadership of assigned tactics, budget oversight, and collaboration with internal teams

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing/Life Sciences or related field; Master’s degree preferred; equivalent combination considered.
• Minimum 8+ years of progressive marketing experience in biotech/pharma or related agency experience.
• Leadership experience with external resources and budgets; HCP marketing and regulated content development experience preferred, including personal promotion and agency leadership.

Responsibilities

• Support development and execution of integrated U.S. HCP and P2P strategy, translating direction into objectives, briefs, timelines and measures.
• Lead planning and execution of HCP marketing tactics; own materials through Promotional Review Committee; manage agency revisions and approvals.
• Support execution of P2P content for speaker programs; incorporate insights, advocacy guidance, field feedback and market intelligence.
• Collaborate with Sales Leadership and field teams to develop promotional resources for national accounts; support training initiatives.
• Partner with Digital Marketing to optimize HCP websites and assets within the content strategy; oversee briefs and asset development.
• Manage tactic budgets, forecasts, scopes of work, invoices; coordinate with Contracts and Procurement on POs and vendor workflows.
