Job summary

JLL is seeking an Associate Director to join the Global Integration Program Management Office (PMO) in a hybrid role spanning New York and Chicago. You will lead workstreams, develop reports for leaders, and coordinate regional integration forums within a premier financial services client environment.

The ideal candidate has 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong financial modeling and data analytics skills, and proficiency with MS Office and BI tools.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in Real Estate, Architecture, Interior Design, or Business Administration.
• 5-7 years of relevant experience (consulting, real estate, finance, etc.).
• Financial modeling and data analytics skills.
• Proficient in MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint; Tableau and/or Power BI is a plus.
• Statistics/research experience and strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support regional program integration and PMO projects.
• Help establish cross-functional governance for unified regional integration.
• Create client communications and translate updates for leadership audiences.
• Develop business cases linking strategy to analytics and recommendations.
• Develop program metrics, KPIs, and dashboards to track health.
