Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
• Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access).

Responsibilities

• Oversee monthly consolidated financial statements and variance analysis.
• Coordinate audit activities and liaise with external auditors to ensure readiness.
• Review key workpapers and schedules for accuracy and completeness.
• Oversee preparation of financial statements for special purpose entities.
• Support implementation of new accounting standards and reporting changes.
