RTX's Pratt & Whitney Digital Technology team has a remote opportunity for an Associate Director, DT Sales & Distribution, Warehousing. You will lead SAP WM/EWM and S&D/Global Trade initiatives, guiding cross-functional teams to align solutions with business goals.

You will shape warehouse management strategies, mentor analysts, drive process improvements, and ensure delivery on time and budget. U.S. citizenship is required for access to program information.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, MIS, Information Technology or related field with 12+ years of hands-on experience OR
• Advanced degree in computer science, Information Technology, Data Science or related field with 10+ years of hands-on experience.
• 5+ years of experience leading teams delivering complex DT solutions in large multinational organizations.
• 5+ years of experience managing Warehousing and Sales & Distribution applications in a manufacturing environment.
• US Citizenship is required.

Responsabilités

• Act as senior leader and SME for Warehouse Management solutions and Sales & Distribution across SAP WM/EWM and GTS.
• Lead cross-functional teams and manage projects using waterfall or agile methodologies.
• Interface with leadership and 3rd party suppliers to deliver high-performing S&D and WMS systems.
• Drive process improvements, define requirements, and translate into effective application solutions.
• Ensure delivery within schedules and budgets and maintain strong stakeholder relationships.
