Job summary

RTX’s Pratt & Whitney Global Digital Technology team seeks a highly experienced DT FI Labor Collection Team Systems Lead. This remote role guides labor collection projects, designs SAP-based solutions, and manages schedules with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities include SAP transports, documenting solutions, training users, and coordinating with SAP Security. US citizens only, with comprehensive IT program experience and leadership skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, computer science, MIS or similar tech field with 8+ years PM experience; OR advanced degree with 5+ years PM experience.
• U.S. citizenship is required for access to information under this program/contract.

Responsibilities

• Provide guidance to the business based on labor collection requirements.
• Analyze new or enhanced labor systems.
• Design and test labor collection solutions and create SAP configuration transports.
• Document labor collection solutions across P&W.
• Manage project schedules and resources to meet budget/quality/schedule targets.
• Train users in labor collection solutions.
• Work with SAP Security Team to ensure proper user access.
