Job summary

Avocado Green Brands is seeking an Associate Director of Content & Search Growth to lead an authority content platform, improve organic traffic, and drive revenue. The role combines hands‑on writing with strategic SEO and content program management.

You will own content architecture, publish with editorial standards, and collaborate with design, UX, and brand marketing. Remote within the United States with in‑person options in select metros.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of content, SEO, or copywriting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Journalism, Communications, Marketing, or a related field.
• Experience writing for DTC or e‑commerce brands is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Launch and own an authority content platform on the main domain.
• Own organic search strategy, including keyword research and content architecture.
• Write product detail pages, category pages, and landing pages to persuade and convert.
• Manage editorial standards, internal linking, and publishing cadence.
