This role builds high-quality timelines, links plans to integrated program schedules, and provides visibility to milestones, risks, and decisions.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of relevant experience in biotechnology or pharmaceutical industry.
• 4+ years of direct project-management experience supporting R&D or clinical development.
• Experience planning and managing complex cross-functional timelines.
• PMP certification or comparable training is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain departmental timelines for Clinical Operations and Clinical Pharmacology.
• Build scalable Smartsheet solutions with integrated schedules, cross-sheet dependencies, dashboards, and reports.
• Translate functional strategies into executable plans with milestones and critical-path visibility.
• Partner with program project managers to incorporate functional plans into integrated timelines.
• Integrate Clinical Operations milestones with program timelines and regulatory milestones.
• Map interdependencies with Regulatory, Research, and Biometrics to build end-to-end timelines.
• Identify bottlenecks and lead scenario planning, recovery, and acceleration plans.
• Facilitate timeline reviews and document decisions with clear accountability.
• Maintain risk, issue, action, and decision tracking and communicate with stakeholders.
• Provide dashboards and status updates to governance teams and executives.
• Coordinate timelines with CROs, labs, and modeling vendors to stay aligned with milestones.
• Develop and enforce project-management standards and templates.
